Hello! Lisa McCoy here. Based in Dade City, FL Signature Elements Ranch began as a little girls dream to raise and own a talented stallion. After purchasing my first broodmare in 2015 I began raising one foal each year. Originally I set out to breed my own weanling nice enough to start our show career.

Year two and three I was blessed with two more wonderful colts who have grown into everything I dreamed of and more. Rowan and Pharos are both fantastic stallions. It was important to me that they prove themselves as talented and good minded boys before breeding.

Pharos and Rowan have both given me great success in and out of the show ring, winning dozens of titles in multiple divisions and states. They receive compliments all over for their good temperaments. Both are proven producers of foals that share their positive qualities and I couldn't be happier.

I continued my boutique breeding program with goals of getting my weanlings (still one per year) well ahead of the game from an early age. They LOVE the attention, happily walking with me around the property to go on short learning adventures. Raising these babies how I raised my stallions has given them wonderful starts in life and created greatly loved lifetime partners for their owners.

Occasionally I help somebody I know find a home for their horse. I pride myself with providing as much honest information about those horses as I can. Anybody who meets me quickly realizes my integrity is SO important to me. I'm far from perfect but try my best to match horses with appropriate owners so everybody is safe and happy!
